Ya va quedando menos para el gran momento… en solo 10 días comenzará la jornada que hemos estado preparando durante estos 2 fantásticos meses!

Ametsen Ekaitza 2.0 va dentro de la feria de emprendizaje, innovación y creatividad que Bidasoa Activa está organizando los días 29 y 30 de Abril.
Este organismo ha desarrolado  su feria con el fin de convertirlo como en un
punto de encuentro de emprendedores, empresas, organismos públicos y
privados, entidades financieras y otros agentes para intercambiar
experiencias, realizar contactos, identificar oportunidades de colaboración
y conocer los apoyos existentes al emprendizaje y a la innovación
empresarial en el Bidasoa.

Contarán con una sala multimedia,  una zona de stands y un espacio de
experiencias exitosas en el ámbito del emprendizaje, el intraemprendizaje y
la innovación empresarial. Paralelamente se celebrarán diversas conferencias
sobre temas de interés como “protección de la innovación”,
“creatividad y detección de ideas”, y casos de éxito entorno al emprendizaje
y la innovación.

Entre otros de los speakers que acudirán a Ametsen Ekaitza 2.0 se encuentran Antxon Arza y Andoni Zubizarreta, este último representando a la empresa Makeateam. Aquí os describo un poco quienes son:

Andoni Zubizarreta (Makeateam):

Makeateam es la unidad de negocio del Grupo Inmark orientada a la formación y consultoría de Recursos Humanos que ofrece soluciones a medida para la gestión de equipos empresariales. Andoni Zubizarreta es uno de los fundadores de esta empresa junto a Jorge Valdano y Juan Antonio Corbalán; y además es su vicepresidente.

Ha desarrollado una exhaustiva etapa empresarial en la que ha participado en la formación de profesionales de las más representativas empresas españolas, como Repsol YPF, Telefónica  España, BBVA o Banco Santander.

Empezó su carrera futbolística en la portería del Arechavaleta (1977), para después incorporarse al Deportivo Alavés (1979). De Vitoria fue contratado por el Athletic Club de Bilbao (1980-85), para fichar luego por el Fútbol Club Barcelona (1986-1994) donde conquistó sus mayores éxitos deportivos. Finalizó su carrera defendiendo la portería del Valencia C. F. (1995-98). Tiene la Medalla de Oro al Mérito Deportivo y la Orden Olímpica del C.O.E.

Antxon Arza:

Miembro del programa de TVE Al filo de lo imposible, Antxon Arza (Pamplona, 1962) es montañero, escalador, piragüista, espeleólogo y empresario, además de un ejemplo de superación. En 1984, contrajo el tifus y fiebres de malta en el Himalaya; para fortalecer los brazos, empezó a practicar el piragüismo, deporte que le apasiona. En el 2000,descendiendo un río en Venezuela, se rompió dos vértebras y se quedó parapléjico.La silla de ruedas no le ha impedido continuar viajando y seguir adelante con su empresa de canoas y kayaks.

Today we received a confirmation that there will be 100 students from Elgoibar and 50 people from La Saille in AMETSEN EKAITZA 2.0 !

This means that we have now 284 confirmed participants .

In AMETSEN EKAITZA 2.0 – we´ll see people also from Talaia, Pio Baroja, Plaiaundi, Bidasoa, & Zubiri

Our project group is still working hard before the easter-holidays to confirm all the participants before vacation..

After Pio Baroja we met the principle of Plaiaundi and he also confirmed taking part in Ametsen Ekaitza 2.0. He will confirm the amount of students in the end of this week.

Bidasoa agreed to send 25 students to the event and now they are finding out if there will be also another group going!

Todo empezó en la decada de los 60 bajo un movimiento de estilo relajado o hippy en Donosti, Gipuzkoa. Iñigo Letamendia, co-fundador de Pukas Surfboards, comenzó a hacer surf y a construir sus propias tablas junto a sus amigos. Todo ello se convirtió en el estilo de vida de un grupo de amigos y más tarde se convirtió en una empresa donde convirtieron su pasión en profesión. Hoy en día es una compañía realmente conocida y da empleo a alrededor de 70-80 personas. De la misma forma, Pukas ha convertido un deporte individual en deporte de equipo creando el Pukas Surf Team. La empresa en conjunto es como una familia, una comunidad entre amigos donde trabajan juntos haciendo las cosas a su estilo.

En Ametsen Ekaitza 2.0 tendrás la oportunidad de escuchar la historia de Pukas de la mano de Adur Letamendia, hijo del co-fundador y surfista reconocido de olas grandes. Iñigo Letamendia, Pukas Surfboards-eko fundatzailetako bat, surf egiten eta bere tablak eraikitzen hasi zen bere lagunekin. Hau dena lagun talde baten bizimoduan bihurtu zen beranduago enpresa batean beraien pasioa eta bizimodua ogibidean bihurtuaz. Gaur egun oso ezaguna den enpresa batean bihurtu da 70-80 langilek bertan lan egiten dutelarik. Pukasek aldi berean, kirol indibidual bat taldekoa bihurtu du Pukas Surf Taldea sortuaz. It all started in the 60’s of this relaxed sort of hippy movement in San Sebastian, Basque Country. Iñigo Letamendia co-founder of Pukas Surf, started surfing and shaping his own boards with his friends. This all led to a lifestyle of a group and later to a company of making their passion and lifestyle into a profession. Nowadays, it has become a really well known company of 70-80 workers. Pukas has also made an individual sport into teamsport by creating its own surfteam. The whole company is like a family, a community of friends working together and making things their own way.

Now you have the opportunity in Ametsen Ekaitza to hear the story of Pukas from Adur Letamendia, son of the co-founder and well known big wave surfer. We are sure this workshop will inspire you to make you believe that you can work for something you really believe in. Don’t miss it!

On first year of my BBA-studies as a team-entrepreneur in co-operative company KrokoDiili, I went to arrange an event with two other people from TA to Paris. Working with different cultures and methods was an experience of a lifetime. ECLOSION 1.0 was a great event to organize, there is allready a third one arranged this year!

After those three months in France – I just needed more. When I got a possibility to come work to Basque Country with AMETSEN EKAITZA 2.0 the decision was very easy.

It´s really interesting why people won´t challenge themselves by leaving the familiar surroundings and going to work abroad. Even that inside European Union people would have better chances for that than ever before! Of cource everyone don´t want to go abroad, but what about those who all the time speak that they would love to try it and see what is the reality when you change everything around you.

According to what I´ve found – those people are afraid. Many times they just don´t say that directly, “reason” is something like this:

I have a… cat, boyfriend, girlfriend, dog, flue, garden, car, student loan, house, nice livingroom set, kichen table, toilet cover, family, allergy, flight fear, broken suitcase, dentist, laundry-day, gym-card, fixed DSL-contract …… and the list goes on…

What are people afraid about ? Is there so big possibility of losing your face, getting hurt, getting sick or losing that nice flat you have to someone else?

Maybe people fear that they have to confront themselves !

Why? Because it´s pretty scary – done it few times. In the end you just find yourself and see it in a very different way than back home. All that you do, say or feel is different and more “clear”. Then you just have to cope with that.. You try and you fail or succeed. Point is that whatever happenes, you learn, that´s life.

I think that it´s the best things in Learning-by-Doing method that you can really experiment and try different things. It´s also the core of LEINN-degree starting in Mondragon University in the autumn 2009.

Anyway, the real reason why I started to write this post was to announce that in AMETSEN EKAITZA 2.0 we will have facilitators also from Team Academy Finland along with the local facilitators from the Mondragon University.
